Arby's is known mostly for its roast beef sandwiches, but they have a secret menu item that will either intrigue you, or make you queasy.

The new Denali-Style Meat Mountain is a $10 sandwich that will give you literally ALL the meats they have on one sandwich. They upgraded the original Meat Mountain by adding a fish fillet into the mix.

It isn't listed on the menu, but if you ask for it they will make it. It has a lot of ingredients and is not for the faint of heart.

INGREDIENTS:

• Two crispy chicken tenders
• 1.5 ounces of roast turkey
• 1.5 ounces of ham
• 1 slice of swiss cheese
• 1.5 ounces of corned beef
• 1.5 ounces of brisket
• 1.5 ounces of angus steak
• 1 slice cheddar cheese
• 1.5 ounces of roast beef
• 3 half strips of bacon
• Allaskan pollock fish fillet
• All on a toasted bun

For only $10, it really isn't that bad. That's A LOT of food! They don't keep fish on the menu year round so get it while you can!
