Shauna Arocho is a 27-year-old woman who dedicated herself to eating a healthier diet. Since starting a Paleo diet, she has lost 60 pounds.

The young wife was feeling positive about her progress and decided to celebrate her success and a warm day with her husband at Dairy Queen.

Warm weather and Free Cone Day at the popular ice cream chain brought out hundreds of people across the United States.

Arocho had plenty of reasons to be happy that day, but when a car full of men stopped on a busy street to shout bullying profanities at her, she burst into tears.

"PLEASE think before you speak," she writes, "I am working every single day to better myself. I know that I am fat, I don't need strangers yelling out their car window for me to see that. I'm not trying to get pity with this post, I am trying to get people to understand how detrimental bullying can be. Please share this."
