It's a great way to add some fun to your workout, but it can also be pretty tough.</p><p>This competitor found that out the hard way when he was trapped between 2 spinning obstacles on a thin elastic platform.</p><p>He's perfectly fine, but he definitely takes a few bumps trying to cross the bridge. It's inspiring, really.
