<div><p>When a figure appeared in the clouds above Tonga, people started to believe a miracles. </p><p>Local resident Joey Mataele, a devout Catholic, took this photo on December 30 while he was visiting his brother. The clear outline of a head, body, and feet appeared above the house in the village of Halaleva in Tongatapu. </p><div><amp-facebook data-href="https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10154826894614318&set=pcb.10154826714944318&type=3&theater" layout="responsive" height="600" width="640"></amp-facebook></div><p>"This is an image that was unexpected and I know it's a miracle in my life. Thank you Lord for everything you've provided for me and my family," <a href="https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10154826713654318&set=pcb.10154826714944318&type=3&theater">he captioned the photo</a>.</p><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><p>As the sun came out the image became more clear further reaffirming his belief in miracles. </p><div><amp-facebook data-href="https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10154826713654318&set=pcb.10154826714944318&type=3&theater" layout="responsive" height="600" width="640"></amp-facebook></div><p>Not everyone thought it was the Virgin Mary, however. </p><p>Mr. Mataele's niece, Onelua who is 23, told 7 News Online that some of her family thought it was actually Jesus. </p><p>"They all thought it was an image of Jesus," <a href="https://au.news.yahoo.com/a/34256457/tongas-divine-figure-emerges-from-clouds-to-inspire-followers/#page1">she said.</a> "They were shocked, it was pretty random to see that."</p><p>Mr. Mataele was photographing his niece on the deck when he could see the image emerging. </p><div><figure><a href="https://au.news.yahoo.com/a/34256457/tongas-divine-figure-emerges-from-clouds-to-inspire-followers/#page1" target="_blank"><amp-img src="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/03/art_lua.jpg" srcset="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/03/art_lua_GH_content_550px.jpg 550w, https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/03/art_lua_GH_content_650px.jpg 650w" sizes="89vw" title="" alt="" height="9" width="16" layout="responsive"></amp-img></a><figcaption class="op-vertical-center"><cite><a href="https://au.news.yahoo.com/a/34256457/tongas-divine-figure-emerges-from-clouds-to-inspire-followers/#page1" target="_blank">Yahoo News</a></cite></figcaption></figure></div><p>"He took one photo and then it kept getting brighter," <a href="https://au.news.yahoo.com/a/34256457/tongas-divine-figure-emerges-from-clouds-to-inspire-followers/#page1">Ms. Mataele said</a>.</p><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><p>What do you think of the cloud formation?
