<div><p>We've shared a few <a href="https://www.shared.com/can-you-guess-the-secrets-behind-these-mind-bending-optical-illusions/">mind-bending optical illusions</a> before, and if you tried to figure out how they work, you know just how frustrating it can be. </p><p>So we don't know what Ryan Kotzin was thinking when he gave one of these tricky images to his cat. Kotzin put his pet's reaction to the image on YouTube, and it's safe to say the poor thing is a little overwhelmed by it.</p><p>Cats don't know much besides where to find their food dish, so maybe it's not surprising that it had trouble figuring out this illusion. Still, it's nice to know humans aren't the only animals who struggled to understand these.</p><div><div><div><amp-youtube height="9" width="16" layout="responsive" data-videoid="S4IHB3qK1KU"></amp-youtube></div></div></div><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><p></p><p>We can't blame the poor kitty for being upset, even we couldn't wrap our heads around this illusion.</p><p>It's called Rotating Snakes, and it was designed by Japanese psychologist Akiyoshi Kitaoka.
