This One Pan Shrimp Boil Is The Easiest Mess-Free Dinner

Everyone loves a good shrimp boil! It's a favorite southern recipe that's perfect for summertime eating. Not only is this dish effortless to make but it's irresistibly delicious and perfect for feeding a BBQ crowd.

Now, what if I told you that this mouthwatering recipe just got even easier? I know, it doesn't sound possible, but it is!

This Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil cooks all the ingredients together on a baking sheet in the oven. You can still enjoy all that delicious Cajun flavor that you love with way less mess. I hate cleaning dishes so this sounds pretty good to me!

You want to start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray your baking sheet with oil.

Fill a large pot with water and salt. Put on the stove and bring to a boil.

Once the water is boiling add your potatoes and cook until just tender (about 10-13 minutes).

Add the corn during the last 5 minutes of the potato cooking time. Once the time is up drain the water from the pot.

In a small bowl mix together the seasoning, garlic and butter.

Place your potatoes, corn, shrimp and sausage on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure everything is in one layer so that it cooks evenly in the oven.

Pour your garlic, butter seasoning mix over top of everything and gently toss.

Place into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes (until the shrimp have turned opaque pink and the corn is tender).

Remove from oven and enjoy with lemon and parley (if desired). Enjoy!

  • 1 pound little yellow potatoes (you can use red potatoes if you prefer)
  • 3 ears corn, each cut into 6 pieces
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (you want to get the raw, uncooked shrimp)
  • 1 (12.8-ounce) package smoked andouille sausage, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
