Grilled cheese is a staple in our household. When I am just too tired to cook up a big meal, my go-to is a loaded grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup.

But one of the worst things about this simple meal is the cleanup. Gooey cheese stuck on, grease that needs to be collected and frozen (not poured down the drain) are some of my least favorite things to scrape off the pan.
