"You know a friend of mine was a clown. He performed on stilts. I always did look up to him," realtor Kyle Jansink said with a smirk. "But we are not clowning around about the price."

Michael McMannis, the son of the owners selling the house, says there's actually a reason for all the clowns.

"My stepdad had a drinking issue as perceived by my mother," McMannis said. "Every clown represents a bottle of beer that he would have bought."

There are approximately 1,500 clowns around the house.
