Ingredients:
- 4 tubes Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust
- 3 ounces pepperoni
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
- 1 string cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and prepare your football-shaped cake pan by spraying it with a cooking spray.
Unroll 2 pizza crusts onto baking sheets. Trace out the shape of the football onto parchment paper and use it as a stencil to cut the two crusts into football shapes before baking them for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Unroll another tube of dough over the whole pan.
Add sauce, cheese and pepperoni.
Put one of the two cooked football crusts into the pan and top it once again with sauce cheese and pepperoni.
Add the larger football crust and top with remaining pepperoni, sauce and cheese.
Unroll the last pizza crust and drape it over the entire pan, cutting off the excess around the edges, pinching together the seams.
Bake for 15 minutes then turn off the oven. Cover the pan with some foil and let it sit in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Take your string cheese and peel it onto small pieces to make the laces for the football. Once your pizza is done, add the string cheese on top and serve while it's hot!
Your guests are going to love it!
