Our blessed Beth Chapman, who along with her husband, Duane "Dog" Chapman, appeared for years on the iconic show, "Dog the Bounty Hunter," is dead. Reports TMZ this morning.
On Sunday, in a statement made to Hawaii News Now, the Chapmans revealed that Beth is in a medically-induced coma in the ICU at Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu. The family “humbly ask everyone to please pray for Beth," and offer their "sincere thanks to everyone for their prayers throughout Beth’s battle with cancer.”
Dog confirmed the news on his Facebook page, sharing the article, and tweeted out a message after the news broke.
Last night Dog took to Twitter to dispute the claims about the seriousness of Beth's illness.

90% of what you’re hearing is fake news. I don’t mean to be nasty but some are filling in the blanks. @wgnamerica will be releasing an accurate update soon. Please keep prayers coming!

It seems as though perhaps he was staying positive for Beth as there was never a report from WGN America.
Only a few minutes ago, Dog took to Twitter to share the sad news.
It’s 5:32 in Hawaii, this is the time she would wake up to go hike Koko Head mountain. Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven. We all love you, Beth. See you on the other side.

Beth's mother had flown from the mainland to Hawaii to be by her daughter's side. Her children and grandchildren, many of whom live in Hawaii have made the journey to gather at Beth's bedside.
Love you forever mom. You’ve got a halo now. https://t.co/YV8TdIDqBe

Beth's cancer diagnosis was a shock to everyone, and two months after she announced she was battling the disease, the family revealed that her cancer had been completely removed. Sadly, the cancer returned a year later and required emergency surgery to clear her airways of a blockage. She was also hospitalized in April due to complications.
