A Teen Mom star has announced she is seeking medical treatment for her suicidal thoughts.
Catelynn Baltierra first gained notoriety when she appeared on the first season of 16 & Pregnant. She was the only teenager who opted to give her child, Carly, up for adoption. Since then, Catelynn and her husband, Tyler, would welcome their second daughter, Novalee Reign, who is now two-and-a-half years old.

On the reality show, one of Catelynn's plot lines would surround her battle with mental health. After the birth of Novalee, the starlet struggled with severe postpartum depression and would later enter a treatment facility for the first time in March 2016.
On Nov. 17, Catelynn, 25, told her 1.3 million Twitter followers she would be seeking help for an undisclosed amount of time.
"Well today I thought of every way to kill myself.. so I'm going to treatment," she wrote.
This time however, Catelynn won't be entering the facility alone.
In an Instagram Post, Catelynn shared she will be bringing her daughter's stuffed horse with her, a toy she will "keep close to her heart."
Tyler, 25, would show his support of Catelynn by penning an earnest tweet, declaring his wife's courageous strength and his unconditional love for her.
The next day he would again post to social media, adding onto his earlier statement depicting Catelynn's fortitude, while also announcing she has already entered her treatment facility.
"We just dropped her off," Tyler wrote. "We haven't held each other & just cried like that for a long time. Even after 12 years, I continue to be AMAZED by her strength, vulnerability, & courage to get help."
"'As long as I am alive, you will never be alone" - It is my call to arms & I will fight this war with her right by her side, we will not surrender to this...I will go to battle EVERY TIME for her!" he added.
The seventh season of Teen Mom premieres on Nov. 27.
