Even just a picture of these will have you drooling! Strawberry Nutella French Toast Roll Ups are absolutely fantastic and your are going to want to make them right away!
Such a simple idea, you won't believe you never thought to try it before. You can fill them up with other things too, but this combination of chocolate and strawberries is the absolute best!
Ingredients:
- 8 slices white sandwich bread
- Nutella
- Strawberries, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 heaping teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Butter to grease pan
Directions:
Cut the crusts off of your bread and roll the slices flat with a rolling pin.
Spread a line of Nutella across the bread.
Top with sliced strawberries.
Roll the bread in until it makes a little tube.
Beat the two eggs together in a bowl with the milk.
Dip the bread into the egg mixture coating evenly.
In a skillet greased with butter, cook the french toast rolls ups until they are browned on all sides.
Pull them off of the heat. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon into a dish and then dip your french toast roll ups into the sugar mixture.
Serve with some extra Nutella to dip in and enjoy!
