Being born into the Kardashian-Jenner family is pretty lucky, just ask little Stormi Webster. Daughter of Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, Stormi celebrated her first birthday on February 1st. Unfortunately, her big birthday bash had to be postponed due to bad weather, although I doubt the toddler really cared. Finally, the big day came for Stormi's party, and when I say big day, I really mean BIG.
To start things off the entire party, themed "Stormiworld" (a nod to her dad's tour Astroworld,) happened inside of a giant Stormi head. Yep. Guests walked through Stormi's mouth to get inside what looked like something out of Alice in Wonderland.
The colors, treats, games, and decorations were so wild, and almost everything was branded as Stormiworld. Khloé, Kourtney, Caitlyn, and Kris were all in attendance for Stormi's big day. Sisters Kim and Kendall were both unable to attend because of prior commitments and not being able to rearrange their schedules after the date was moved.
"So sad I missed Stormi's bday party," Kim posted on Twitter. "It got postponed due to the rain and today I had my Masterclass."
Both Kendall and Kim did wish their niece a happy birthday on her real birthday, though.
The entire party looked incredibly entertaining, if not just a tiny bit disturbing. I get the idea of making the party all about Stormi, but a bean bag toss where you throw things into her mouth? I just don't see the appeal. Then again, I'm not an almost billionaire.
Take a look inside Stormi's outrageous 1st birthday party! Mason, Kourtney's oldest son, showed off the personalized "Stormi" crazy straws that were available.
And of course, pictures of the birthday girl were plastered all over the place.
There was even a place you could get some sweet merchandise to remember the party, although it's hard to believe anyone would forget such a crazy day.
There was a wall of giant teddy bears, perfect for taking pictures, just like Stormi, True (Khloé's daughter,) and Mason found out.
Then, the iconic Baby Shark showed up, and everyone including Travis Scott got really excited about it.
Music producer DJ Khaled was also at the party, and he gifted Stormi with a teeny-tiny Chanel purse, though it doesn't look like she's so sure about the whole thing.
And if you were wondering about food...there was a lot of it. Mini lemonades (in real lemons,) burgers, fries, cookies, and a merry-go-round cake that actually went around merrily.
I don't even want to think about how many plastic cups and straws were wasted at this party. Sure it's cute to have them all branded...but man, that's a lot of waste.
This guy walking around with a pretzel umbrella has the best job in the world, if only because he's probably being paid a ridiculous amount of money.
Everything, right down to the trash cans, was branded for Stormi's special day.
Even though it looked like Kylie was busy snapping pictures the whole time, she did manage to spend some time with her little girl.
There was a fully functioning merry-go-round at the party as well, and Dream Kardashian, Rob's daughter, seemed to be a little skeptical while riding it with grandma Kris Jenner.
Khloé captured a beautiful picture of Mason, True, and Stormi hanging out together.
And of course, Kris Jenner looked dazzling while posing with Khloé.
True and Khloé made faces for the camera, looking like they had a blast.
Caitlyn Jenner, Kylie's dad, was also there with her girlfriend Sophia Hutchins. Caityln hasn't been seen around much recently, but she definitely wasn't going to miss Stormi's birthday!
The entire party looked like a wild bash, and it's safe to say that everyone will remember it for years to come. The real question is...was it worth it? Of course Kylie doesn't have to worry about the money, but is it wasteful (and a little boastful) to have such an elaborate party for a child who isn't going to remember it at all?
