Southern Style Baked Beans Will Leave You Wanting More

Are you looking for a deep south dish to make? Well, look no further! Southern Style Baked Beans is exactly what you need!

Super easy to make, and trust me when I say there won't be any leftovers available once this dish is brought out...it's that good!

This is my favorite dish to bring to summer time barbecues and events. With it being such a simple 1 bowl, 1 dish recipe, you can whip it up real quick and then set it in the oven to bake while you finish getting ready. Then by the time you're all set to go, your Southern Style Baked Beans are ready as well!

I promise you these beans will be a hit at any event you bring them to, and you'll have people asking you all night for the delicious recipe!

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In large bowl combine ketchup, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, mustard, worcestershire sauce, garlic  and pepper. Add in beans until thoroughly combined to coat the beans.

3. Pour bean mixture into a shallow 9 x 12 baking dish.

4. Cut bacon into ½ inch pieces and evenly layer the bean mixture.

5. Bake uncovered for 60 to 90 minutes or until bacon is crispy and cooked through.

6. Serve hot, ENJOY!

  • 2 cans of Pork n' beans
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 5- 6 slices of thick cut bacon
