There is no such thing as too many meatballs. There are so many ways you can serve them and each and everyone of them are awesome. This Slow Cooker Honey Buffalo recipe is no different. It's absolutely awesome.

Ingredients:
Meatballs:
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup saltine crackers, crushed
- 1/3 cup dry mined onion
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
Honey Buffalo Sauce:
- 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce Original
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs.
Add in all the ingredients for the meatballs and mix with your hands until combined
Shape the meatballs and put them on the baking tray.
Cook them for about 8 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
While they cook, prepare your sauce. In a bowl whisk together all the ingredient.
Line the slow cooker with some of your meatballs and then poor the sauce on top. Add the rest of the meatballs and then stir so they are all coated in the sauce. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours. Stir about half way through.
