Step aside chocolate, there is a new croissant flavor in town and it has all the colors of the rainbow.
Textbook Boulangerie-Patisserie takes their pastries seriously. They are constantly coming up with innovative ideas and we couldn't be more excited!
One of their most recent flavors was to celebrate Mardi Gras and the colors are simply stunning.
"Bring some sunshine back on this rainy day with our special "taste the rainbow" croissant filled with skittles custard and topped with fairy floss!" they posted on Instagram.

As crazy as the colors are, can you imagine how much work is involved to get it to look like a rainbow? Just beautiful.
I would love to know what a Skittles croissant would taste like.
Located in Sydney Australia, they really have a knack for their art.
Looks like I will have to add a stop in Sydney to my bucket list!
