Apple is such a great compliment for pork, with its sweetness it matches perfectly with the tender meat and the added apple butter creates a caramelized glaze throughout. You can easily eat this meal on its own, or add a side of veggie like broccoli and some rice for a fast weeknight meal that will have you amazed at the quick cooking time. Don't forget about how few dishes you'll have to do! Chili powder adds a mild kick of heat that will have you gobbling up your whole plate - this will be a go-to meal to add to your personal cookbook.

  • 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder (or just chili powder)
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
