With Rod Stewart's recent controversy behind him it's nice to see a happier side of the musician.
In this performance from a few years back Stewart and his daughter Ruby share the stage for a special performance of the singer's hit "Forever Young."
Like her father, Ruby is a professional singer whose band The Sisterhood debuted last year. She's also a model, like her mother Kelly Emberg, so she's no stranger to the spotlight. She and her father gave his fans a performance they would never forget.
"Forever Young" is the perfect song for the recently-knighted rocker to sing with his daughter. In an interview from 1995 Stewart revealed he'd written the song after he "suddenly realized I'd missed a good five years of (his older children) Sean and Kimberly's life."
Today the singer doesn't make the same mistake, taking his kids on tour wherever he goes "so I can watch them grow up."
What a great moment they shared together! Clearly a little bit of her parents' talent has rubbed off on Ruby.
