It's been six months since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the knot, but there's still new juicy tidbits on the royal wedding to keep royal watchers satisfied.
In the recently released documentary, Prince, Son and Heir: Charles at 70, Harry revealed how his father Prince Charles reacted when asked to walk his blushing bride down the aisle.
"I asked him to and I think he knew it was coming, and he immediately said 'Yes, of course, I'll do whatever Meghan needs and I'm here to support you,'" he said.
"For him that's a fantastic opportunity to step up and be that support, and you know he's our father so of course he's gonna be there for us."
But while there are several other heartfelt moments coming to light, more unfavorable news is emerging too.
And this time, it's between none other than the Queen Elizabeth II and the Duchess of Sussex.
"There was a very heated exchange that prompted the Queen to speak to Harry."
Although the pair appear to get along swimmingly - Her Majesty has even invited Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, to Christmas at Sandringham House - it wasn't always as copacetic, especially the day leading up to her grandson's wedding.
It's reported the Suits alum had irritated Elizabeth when they were choosing a tiara for the nuptials. Meghan originally wanted to wear a tiara adorned with emeralds, but unfortunately it was nixed because no one had known where it had come from.
"Meghan had her heart set on this tiara with emeralds and Prince Harry hit the roof when they were told it was impossible for her to wear it," a royal insider told The Sun.
"The provenance of the tiara could not be established. There were concerns it could have come from Russia originally."
"There was a very heated exchange that prompted the Queen to speak to Harry. She said, 'Meghan cannot have whatever she wants. She gets what tiara she's given by me.'"
The source added that Her Majesty had even questioned why Meghan was making such a fuss.
"The Queen also questioned why Meghan needed a veil for the wedding, given it was to be her second marriage," they said.
"The message from the Queen was very much Meghan needed to think about how she speaks to staff members and be careful to follow family protocols."
"She has very high standards and is used to working in a Hollywood environment."
Meghan ultimately decided on a diamond and platinum bandeau tiara with Harry and the Queen, and called it "an incredibly surreal day."
"When it came to the tiara on the day, I was very fortunate to be able to choose this gorgeous art deco style bandeau tiara," Meghan said in an audio recording for the "Relive the Royal Wedding" exhibition at Windsor Castle.
"Harry and I had gone to Buckingham Palace to meet with Her Majesty The Queen to select one of the options that were there, which was an incredibly surreal day as you can imagine."
"And that was the one that, I think, as we tried them on, stood out."
While it seems that their conflict has subsided, the British monarch isn't the only one who's claimed the former actress isn't easy to work with.
The insider revealed Meghan has clashed with Prince William's wife, Kate Middleton over the treatment of the palace staff.
"Meghan can be difficult," the source said. "She has very high standards and is used to working in a Hollywood environment."
"However, there's a different degree of respect in the royal household and Kate has always been very careful about how she has acted around staff."
But despite their dispute, Kate has remained a mentor to her sister-in-law since the beginning.
"Since very early on she made it clear that should Meghan ever need something, or just want to chat, she shouldn't hesitate to get in touch," a source told E! News.
"Kate knows how difficult it is navigating one's way through this very different world. It was important to [Harry] that Meghan and Kate got to know each other, as she has experienced many of the challenges Meghan now faces."
