<div><p>City council is a place for calm, thoughtful discussion on the things that matter most to the citizens. Or it should be. </p><p>A Portland city council meeting got a little less debate and a lot more dancing than they're used to when a woman broke into interpretive dance.</p><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><p>Portland routinely holds an "Artist In The Chamber" program, but they might be regretting that decision now. </p><p>Sara Juli, a dancer from the Portland area pranced, lunged and flung herself about like a politician avoiding a straight answer. She even mimicked vomiting and climbed onto the lap of an unsuspecting, and clearly uncomfortable, meeting attendee.</p><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><p>As with a lot of interpretive dance, it's unclear what Juli was trying to get across, but maybe that's the point.</p><p>Can you tell what she means?
