Who wants a dozen regular roses when instead they could have a dozen Pepperoni Pizza Roses? These Are the most adorable and delicious treat that anyone would love to get this Valentine's Day or even just even on a regular night when you want to treat yourself or the ones you love with something a little bit special.
Easy, quick and perfect, pizza roses couldn't be anymore fun. How hilarious would it be to have these served up for your romantic night? Pizza is really the real way to a person's heart.
Ingredients:
- Flour (to roll out dough)
- Refrigerated pie crust
- Pepperoni, cut in half
- Pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup Mozzarella, thinly sliced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Start by prepping your work space with flour and then unroll your pie crust.
Trim off the edges of the circle so that it becomes a square.
Then slice the pie crust into even strips.
Take one of the strips and line it in pepperoni so all the rounded edges are peaking over the edge of the crust.
Add sauce along the edge of the pepperoni inside your crust.
Add your cheese on top of the sauce.
Fold up the crust from under the cheese and then roll from one end to the other.
Place the roses into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
