Many couples say that their wedding day is one of the best days of their lives but the occasion is also very special for the families involved.

Brides and grooms go above and beyond to involve members of their families in the festivities and create everlasting memories.

One bride took it to the next level when she and her dad delivered dream fulfilling father-daughter dance like no other.

Mikayla Phillips and her dad, Nate, surprised guests by swapping the traditional slow dance for smooth choreographed moves that had people describing the performance as the best father-daughter dance they had ever seen.

"I'm the oldest and the only girl so that was my dad's only chance to do something like this.  He for years has talked about doing that and he finally convinced me," said bride Mikayla Phillips.

She added that her dad practiced every night to perfect his moves for the big day. He proved that practice makes perfect when he took to the dance floor at the reception.

Nate told the videographer that this performance was his chance to "treat his daughter how she should be treated (as a princess)." So sweet!

He also has a message for all dads out there: "NEVER PASS UP A CHANCE TO DANCE WITH YOUR DAUGHTER!"
