Cars may have been his onscreen and off-screen passion, but there's nothing Paul Walker loved more than his daughter, Meadow.
The Fast and Furious actor's life was cut short in 2013 following a fatal car accident in Santa Clarita, California. At the time of his death, the Hollywood star's daughter was just 14 years old and as you can imagine, it took a while before she spoke out about his untimely death.
Although Meadow only lived with Paul for a short amount of time, they'd gotten very close since she moved from Hawaii to California.
"She's the best partner I've ever had," Paul told EW a few months before the tragic crash. "I've never had anything like this in my life. I've been so transient, I've been on my own since I was 16. ... There's a part of me who feels like I'm making up for lost time."
The teenager was inspired by her late father's philanthropic efforts and his passion for helping people, animals and the environment.
"I love so much about him," a then 16-year-old Meadow said about Paul in a message posted on the group's website. "I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with others. I want to share that piece of him with the world. I am tremendously proud to be launching the Paul Walker Foundation on his birthday. I can't think of a better way to celebrate my father."
Aside from continuing her father's goodwill, 18-year-old Meadow is mapping out a career in the fashion industry and she's got some gorgeous pictures to prove it.
Since her father's death 4 years ago, Meadow Rain Walker has not only started a foundation in Paul's name, she's also trying her hand at modelling.
This past weekend Meadow posted a photo from a recent session with photographer Hedi Stanton on Friday. All she writes in the caption is: "Hi!". Later on she posted another photo from the shoot to her Instagram Story, tagging Stanton.
I think Meadow has her dad's piercing blue eyes in the striking pic.
The recent rare snap comes just weeks before the release of the next film in the “Fast & Furious” franchise, “Hobbs & Shaw.”
We're sure Paul would be proud of the smart and beautiful woman Meadow has grown into.
