After a Twitter hashtag calling for Oprah to run for president in 2020 went viral, many believe America's beloved talk show personality will be running for the position, but does she have what it takes to be the 46th president of the United States of America?
After the media mogul was honored with the Cecile B. DeMille award at the 2018 Golden Globe Awards, celebrities and fans encouraged her to run for president.
The lifetime achievement award is handed to individuals who have had a significant impact on the entertainment industry.
She delivered an emotional speech that paid tribute to women around the world, receiving a standing ovation by all members of the audience.
"I want all the girls watching to know a new day is on the horizon. And when that new day finally dawns, it will be because of a lot of magnificent women, many of whom are right here in this room tonight, and some pretty phenomenal men, fighting hard to make sure they are the leaders to take us to the time where nobody has to say "˜me too' again," she said.
Her viral speech inspired countless people, like Lady Gaga and Meryl Streep, to call her to run for president in 2020.

Oprah retweeted an article calling her "Democrats' best hope for 2020," and said that Donald Trump's election made her feel qualified to run for president. She never explicitly said she'd run for office, but there's no doubt that this billionaire philanthropist hasn't thought of the idea.
After the awards ceremony, Winfrey's longtime partner Stedman Graham told the Los Angeles Times that she would "absolutely" run for President, but "it's up to the people."
She recieved plenty of support from her Twitter followers, who started the viral hashtag #Oprah2020, and has previously scored 10 points higher than Trump in a favorability poll.
But the question is, would America choose another TV star to be president?
Despite all this popularity, 69% of voters said she shouldn't run in 2020.
Policy analyst Sean McElwee said Oprah has only a 1% chance of winning, due to the fact that she has little political experience.
"Democratic primary [voters] are far more rational than Republican primary voters, and want someone who can successfully navigate the intricacies of policy and balance the difficult demands of the broad coalition," he said.
