We've all heard a lot lately about this so-called tension between the two duchesses in the royal family. Everyone seems to think there is some kind of drama going on between Kate and Meghan, and the gossip actually got so excessive that the royal family spoke out about it.
Kensington Palace usually remains silent on things like this, instead hoping to rise above the gossip and let it run its course. However, in an extremely rare move, a spokesperson for the royals revealed that the events the rumors discussed "never happened."
They are referring to the reports that Kate was "left in tears" after bringing Charlotte in for her bridesmaid dress fitting, days after giving birth to Louis.
Also, Kate allegedly had to tell off Meghan for treating her staff in an "unacceptable" way. However, all of these reports were disputed by the palace's simple claim.
As we all know, certain members of Meghan's family refuse to ever let anything go, making sure they have something to say that always seems to make matters a bit worse.
This time, it's her father chiming in on the rumors of his daughter's behavior, but I feel like she's not going to be very happy that he did.
Thomas Markle has spoken up about his daughter's portrayal in the media several times, but this new "rude" version of Meghan they seem to be trying to pit against Kate is not who is daughter is to him. "I don't recognize this person," Markle said to The Mail.
He also had some more to say about this perception of her attitude, with what seems like a well-meaning attempt at helping that is honestly going to do nothing more than give fuel to the fire of all those searching for gossip between the two royals.

"The Meghan I know was always sweet, kind, generous," he stated. "She was always demanding but never rude."
Calling her "demanding" is probably not going to help the situation. People may see that and suspect that she is being too demanding of her staff and family members, but hopefully that's not the case.

She seems to be a very strong, confident woman, and I feel like Kate is as well, so let's hope that they are actually the best of friends.
Maybe it's wishful thinking, I suppose not everyone is going to get along, but I hope that all the rumors are nothing more than rumors.
