When they first saw Lobstah through the store window, John and Leda Bigelow fell for this little guy's can do attitude and playful persona.

The San Francisco natives adopted the two-year-old cuddle monster from the animal shelter where he had been abandoned by his previous owners. Even though he came with a whole host of health issues (including a deformed paw), the couple refused to give up on this gentle soul.

After a life-saving surgery, he recovered in the loving care of the Bigelow's home. Now, he's an internet celebrity, followed by 16.9k people on Instagram.
