Lisa Marie Presley was born a celebrity. Having Elvis and Priscilla as her parents, then later marrying some of the world's most famous men, including Michael Jackson and Nicholas Cage, has meant that she spent her entire life in the limelight.
From the 1980s all the way through the early 2000s, she was a fixture on the Hollywood social circuit, making appearances at major red carpet events and on TV shows including The Oprah Winfrey Show.
After living under the watchful eye of the public for most of her life, Presley wanted to give her children a different upbringing by raising them out of the spotlight.
The singer has four children, Danielle Riley and Benjamin Keogh from her marriage to Danny Keogh, and fraternal twins Harper Vivienne Ann and Finley Aaron Love, whom she shares with her fourth husband Michael Lockwood.
The family have rarely been photographed together, until recently. Presley and her daughters attended the Elle Women in Hollywood event last week, and people couldn't help but notice how much the girls look like their mother.
Presley and her nine-year-old twins were at the event to support their 28-year-old sister, actress Riley Keough, who was one of the night's honorees.
The family posed on the red carpet in their Sunday best, with Presley donning an elegant off-the-shoulder black dress, Riley in a chic floral skirt, and the twins in adorable cocktail dresses.
This was the first time that the 49-year-old singer made a public appearance alongside all three of her daughters.
Last week, she was only seen with the twins in a photo that Riley posted on Instagram.
"Brunch with the most beautiful ladies...ps that's my mom not me... lol," Riley wrote in the caption to clear up any mix-ups.
Back in August, the twins were once again spotted with their mom and half-brother at a vigil for the 40th anniversary of Elvis' death.
Presley and her youngest daughters have had a tumultuous couple of months leading up to their latest appearance. In March, Priscilla revealed that Harper and Finley have been living with her after their mother allegedly found indecent material on their father's computer.
The Graceland heir filed for divorce in June of last year, but the custody of her kids was taken from her while Lockwood was under investigation for the possession of inappropriate photos of children. However, the West Hollywood Police Department didn't file any charges or open an official case once they concluded their search of Lockwood's electronic devices.
Following a court appearance, Presley was ordered to pay $50,000 to cover Lockwood's legal fees because he was unemployed at the time.
There's no word on whether or not the children are back to living with their mom, but judging from their recent appearances the family appears to be bouncing back well.
