Kourtney Kardashian is probably the least problematic of all the Kardashians. She rarely makes bold statements, doesn't post overly-risqué photos on Instagram, and she's extremely down to earth.
The oldest of the Kardashian sisters, Kourtney is a single mom to three kids: Mason, 8, Penelope, 5, and Reign, 3. She shares all three kids with her former longtime-boyfriend Scott Disick.
Kourtney's main focus has always been her kids, and makes sure they are happy, healthy and loved, just like the rest of us do with our kids. The businesswoman is currently dating model Younes Bendjima, and their relationship is pretty serious. While Kourtney isn't ready to have more kids now, she wants to make sure she has the option.
"So, I've been thinking about freezing my eggs," she told sisters Kim and Khloé Kardashian during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. "I should just do it so I don't have to think, "˜Is this what I want, to have kids?' It's like, putting too much pressure."
In another clip from the show, the oldest sister revealed her weight, and it's less than 40lbs compared to her eight-year-old son.
Kourtney has always been open about her strict fitness regime. She and her family are on strict dairy-free and gluten-free diets, as well as no-sugar.
"I always try to avoid sugar "” especially refined sugar "” for so many reasons," she shared. "First, sugar is addictive and I notice that after I eat it, I need it. Sugar doesn't sustain you when you actually need energy, like for a workout. Also, when I eat sugar, I find that more cellulite appears."
Two years ago, the mom of three showed a picture of her scale, where she weighed in at 116lbs.
"I'm 5 feet tall, so everyone relax," she wrote. "I'm on a workout kick, trying to bring some Monday motivation."
But since then, her weight has plummeted even more. In the clip, Kourtney talks about going for a run after eating her salad. Khloe looks at her friend Simon and tells him, "You know she's 97lbs?"
"Guess what? I gained a pound," Kourtney corrects her. "I'm 98 [lbs]. You know Mason is 62lbs?"
Yep, that's right. The 38-year-old is just 36lbs heavier than her oldest son. Now, before people start to really freak out, 98lbs is still the realm of a "normal" weight for a 5ft tall woman. According to Medical News Today, an average female at a height of 5ft should weight between 97 and 123 lbs.
While weight is just a number, it's interesting to see an adult who is under 100lbs and is still considered healthy.
