The Kardashian sisters are not known for being shy about their private lives.
But Khloé has been even more outspoken than her sisters lately, sharing every detail of her rocky road to motherhood.
While Khloé and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson welcomed their daughter True in April, the new parents have faced plenty of challenges.
A difficult pregnancy
Little True was making headlines even before she was born, as Khloé shared her trouble conceiving a child with the world.
In an emotional episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloé discussed the painful procedures she went through to avoid having a miscarriage.
The reality star revealed her body doesn't naturally produced enough of the hormone progesterone, which stabilizes the uterine lining.
Khloé was forced to have supplements administered twice a day, and spoke frankly about how they made her feel:
"I can't walk, I feel sick every night, and now my vagina hurts," she confided in her sister Kourtney.
Khloé even admitted that she delayed her pregnancy announcement until the first trimester was over, because having an early miscarriage was a serious risk.
"I'm just mad because there's so many risks involved when you're newly pregnant," she said, complaining about news sites that "scooped" her pregnancy.
"If the doctor is telling me not to announce anything until a specific time then I respect that," she added.
"I hate that everyone is prying and so nosy. It's super frustrating."
"It was really hard for me to stop (emotionally) but it wasn't working for my body."
Last week, Khloé gave fans a glimpse into her personal life again, revealing she was anxious about returning to work without True.
"Tomorrow is my first day back to work," Khloé shared with fans.
"I have missed a feeding here or there with True, but I've never missed multiple feedings in a day. So I have a ton of anxiety."
A concerned fan asked Khloé on Twitter if she could use a breast pump at work, and the new mom gave a surprising answer.
"I had to stop [breastfeeding] it was really hard for me to stop (emotionally) but it wasn't working for my body. Sadly."
When another fan suggested drinking "lots of water and then more water," Khloé cleared the air again.
"Ugh, it wasn't that easy for me."
"I tried every trick in the book," Khloé added, "water, special cookies, power pumping, massages etc. I tried so very hard to continue."
The star eventually revealed she even consulted a lactation specialist before giving up. But Khloé is obviously feeling good about her decision.
"It was the biggest [relief] when I finally did quit because I was so stressed about it," a fan wrote to her.
"Oh my gosh I was the same!" Khloe answered.
"I fought and fought to try and continue but then when I actually stopped, I didn't realize what a relief it was for me to not stress and worry anymore."
"Rebuilding" her relationship with Thompson
Of course, Khloé and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson have been dealing with their own issues while welcoming True into their lives.
The NBA star was caught cheating on Khloé just days before her delivery, and it was unclear if they would stay together.
But since then, Khloé has spoken out about her relationship drama, saying that she and Thompson are committed to staying together.
Khloé told a fan that "enormous rebuilding" was underway between her and her boyfriend.
Another good sign came when Khloé's sister Kim forced Thompson to unblock her on Instagram last month.
With all the troubles Khloé has faced this past year, it's good to know she can depend on Thompson and her family.
