The last couple of months have been a roller coaster ride for Khloe Kardashian.

Back in April, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was in Cleveland awaiting the arrival of her first child when her boyfriend of nearly two years, NBA player Tristan Thompson, was photographed cozying up to another woman.

The images and videos show Tristan kissing a brunette at PH-D Lounge in New York City, where the athlete and his team were celebrating their recent victory. He was also seen with the woman, later identified as Lani Blair, entering the Four Seasons Hotel at 5 a.m.

To make matters even worse, it was revealed that this wasn't the first time Tristan has cheated on Khloe. Footage from October 2017 surfaced on social media showing Tristan making out and sexually touching two women at a hookah lounge just outside D.C.

"Tristan has been consistently cheating on Khloé. He's a serial cheater. And there will be more women to come out of the woodwork," a source told People. "First Lamar cheated on her and now Tristan. She's been through so much," the insider added.

"None of his friends are surprised by this and they all know he cheats," another source close to the couple told Us Magazine. "Most of his friends and people in his circle also cheat and don't think there's anything wrong with it."

Sadly, Khloe never knew about Tristan's actions until it became publicized.

"As far as she knew, there were no negatives," the source said. "Once she made the decision to commit, she was all in and trusting. He was her everything. They had a life together. She honestly thought he treated her like gold, like a queen. [He] gave her everything, doted on her, told her how beautiful she was. To her, life was perfect. And it all just came crashing down."

The reality star did not release a statement to address the cheating scandal, according to multiple sources close to her, she believes Tristan was set up.

"Khloe's family wants nothing more than to believe that he is a stand-up guy and that this was a setup," the source told ET. "But only time will tell."

In the end, she made the decision to allow Tristan to be by her side during the birth of their daughter, True, on April 12. One source said that Khloe "doesn't want her personal feelings to ruin one of the most important moments in a person's life," and that she is "putting her feelings on hold, realizing for better or worse Tristan is the father of their child and knowing a bond between father and child can be cemented in the delivery room."

Khloe announced the arrival of her daughter in the week that followed, and it was the first time since the cheating allegations that she mentioned Tristan.

"Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE. Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!"

Khloe then largely remained out of the spotlight, but would occasionally share tidbits about the early days of being a first-time mother on her blog.

She finally shared the first photos of her daughter on Instagram, but she still made no mention of her baby daddy. They were seen for the first time together at a restaurant in Cleveland, and a source explained that the new mom is giving her relationship with Tristan another try.

"She hasn't given up on him yet, but also hasn't really been focusing on their relationship. When they see each other, it is all about the baby and parenting together," a source told E! News. "Khloe has fallen in love with him all over again, watching him be a dad to True, but [she also] knows she needs to really take a step back and make the right decision."

Over the last two months, her followers have been probing her talk about why she chose to stay with a partner who was unfaithful to her, but Khloe remained quiet about the topic, until now.

The 33-year-old recently replied to a fan after they tweeted that they were "disappointed" in Khloe for getting back together with Tristan.

"I love, adore & root for @khloekardashian but I'm so disappointed she stayed with that wasteman Tristan. She preaches about women knowing their self worth and when to walk away but when it's time to walk the walk, she's a hypocrite," read the tweet.

As soon as Khloe saw the tweet, she decided to get very real and comment on her relationship with Tristan for the first time since the scandal.

"Not exactly Queen Persia, you have no knowledge of what goes on in our household or the enormous rebuilding this takes to even coexist. I'm proud of my strength," she tweeted. "I appreciate your opinion and I hope you hold that same opinion to everyone else who has stayed in situations," she added.

This is the second time this week that the Good American founder used Twitter to set the record straight.

Khloe was spotted wearing a new diamond ring on her ring finger while dining at a popular West Hollywood restaurant, BOA, with Tristan. However, reports were quick to state that the dinner date was "VERY tense."

The reality star wasted no time in clearing up why she looked "tired AF."

"You make up anything!! I actually had a great night. It was a large birthday dinner for friends and as a new mom IM TIRED AF!!" she wrote. "Being out past 10pm is not where I'll have the most energy these days."

In another tweet she wrote, "My little mama goes to bed at 8. So I have a few hours to enjoy "being an adult" but truthfully I would rather just stay home with her. But I tried last night lol"

As for the ring, it may be an engagement ring or just a fancy present from Tristan for her 34th birthday on June 27.

It's nice to see that Khloe is in a better place than she was a few months ago. Hopefully, all this drama will soon be a thing of the past.
