Khloé Kardashian has had a rough week, there's no doubt about it. The mom of one was blindsided after her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, allegedly cheated on her with Jordyn Woods, who is Kylie Jenner's best friend. Jordyn, who has been living in Kylie's guest house for quite some time and was featured in a lot of Kardashian business ventures was given the boot by the famous family, and people were wondering how she could be so naive as to bite the hand that fed her.
Despite all the rumors, there was no hard evidence that Jordyn and Tristan cheated, although Jordyn wasn't actually denying it. Answers were on their way, though, as Jordyn announced she'd be appearing on Red Table Talk, which is hosted by Jada Pinkett-Smith. Jada, who is of course married to Will Smith, is close to Jordyn, and the young woman even calls Will "Uncle Will."
The show aired on Facebook, and Jordyn cleared up a lot of the rumors. The alleged making out and lap dance did not happen, according to her, although she does admit Tristan kissed her as she was leaving the party.
"On the way out, he did kiss me," she revealed. "He just kissed me. It was a kiss on the lips. No tongue kiss... I was like, 'That didn't just happen.'"
Jordyn also admitted that she should be taking some of the blame on this, even though Tristan is equally to blame.
"I feel like I can't point fingers because I allowed myself to be in that position," she admitted. "I never was belligerently drunk to where I can't remember what happened."
But what Jordyn was clear on was that she's not the one to blame for Khloé's family falling apart.
"I know I am not the reason that Tristan and Khloe are not together," she said strongly. "Now I know this situation may have made it harder for her to not be with him...but I know I am not the reason."
After that comment, Khloé let loose on Twitter.
"Why are you lying [Jordyn]," Khloé tweeted. "If you're going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story. [By the way], you ARE the reason my family broke up!"
The 34 year old also acknowledged that Tristan was at fault as well.
"Tristan is equally to blame but Tristan is the father of my child," she tweeted. "Regardless of what he does to me I won't do that to my daughter. He has been addressing this situation PRIVATELY. If Tristan were to lie publicly about what conspired, then yes I would address him publicly as well."
Khloé began taking a lot of heat for her comments, because she seemed to be attacking Jordyn, who is 13 years her junior, over something that happened between two people. Many also pointed out that Khloé cheated with Tristan while he was with his previous girlfriend, and he even cheated days before their daughter True's birth, so this really shouldn't be surprising.
The reality star has since back tracked on her comments, acknowledging that she was heated in the moment.
"This has been an awful week & I know everyone is sick of hearing about it all (as am I)," she tweeted. "I'm a rollercoaster of emotions & have said things I shouldn't have. Honestly, Tristan cheating on me & humiliating me, wasn't such a shock as the first time. What's been harder & more painful is being hurt by someone so close to me. Someone whom I love & treat like a little sister. But Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family. This was Tristan's fault. I have to move on with my life & count my blessings, my family, my health, & my beautiful baby True."
Seems like a bit of a 180 from just a day ago, and it's not really clear what caused Khloé to change her mind. As long as she's taking care of her daughter, then I guess it doesn't really matter.
Personally, I think both Tristan and Jordyn are to blame here. Jordyn admitted to being flirty with Tristan the night of the alleged cheating, and I think she also could have been more open about it with the family rather than trying to hide it. At the same time, Tristan should be able to keep it in his pants, or at least have the decency to end his relationship before trying to hook up with other women.
