This Summer Paradise Cocktail is almost too pretty to drink! The colorful layers are sure to catch your eye and will definitely impress all your party guests. Serve this beach-side, at a backyard BBQ or while relaxing by the pool...it's perfectly delicious all summer long!
Ingredients
- 3oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz malibu rum
- 1/2 oz blue curacao
- 1oz water
- 1/2 oz grenadine
Directions
- Mix the pineapple juice and rum together - set aside.
- Mix the blue curacao and water together - set aside.
- Put the grenadine at the bottom of a glass, then fill the glass with ice.
- Add in the pineapple mixture slowly, followed by the blue curacao mixture. Enjoy!
