Celebrities can never catch a break.
Whether it's Jessica Biel kissing her three-year-old son on the lips or Chrissy Tiegan sliding down a play structure with her little girl on her lap.
Fans will always give their two cents on a celebrity's parenting tactics, and in the digital age, that's how it will always be.
It's not like the rich and famous care that much anyway, but it raises discussion about some important issues.
Hilary Duff hasn't even given birth to her baby girl and people are already criticizing how her "actions are affecting the well-being of her unborn child."
In early June, the actress announced she's expecting her second child with singer Matthew Koma.
"Guess what guys! [Matthew] and I made a little princess of our own and we couldn't be more excited!!!!!!🤰ðŸ¼ðŸ‘¶ðŸ¼ðŸŽ€" she captioned an Instagram photo of her and Koma kissing.
Duff is also the mother of six-year-old Luca Cruz from her marriage with Canadian hockey player Mike Comrie.
But as the Lizzie McGuire actress is relaxing and preparing for the arrival of her first daughter, many people are quick to judge on the ways she chooses to unwind.
In a recent Instagram video, Duff was seen sitting on the ground with sushi and a cup in her hand, clinking the glass with her friend.
"Had the dreamiest of nights with this babe @tomoko_spa + @moflo1 wooooow weeeee #couplesmassage #tomokospa," she captioned her post.
Some fans were outraged by this post, calling her out for endangering her unborn child.
"Wait, sushi when you're pregnant?" someone wrote.
"[It's] super risky to eat sushi when women are pregnant," one Instagram user warned.
"No sake for you preggo," commented another.
Many fans came to her defense, and gave Duff the benefit of the doubt.
"How can you tell that Hilary's even eating raw sushi," a user argued.
"I don't think she's stupid, and reminding people not to have raw fish while pregnant doesn't imply that. I'm a [nurse] and see many highly intelligent people forget this, or think it only applies to certain things."
According to the American Pregnancy Association, "light" drinking while pregnant is not harmful and pregnant women should only avoid sushi with high mercury levels.
Whose side are you on? Do you think Duff is endangering her unborn child?
