It's been a painful few months for Melrose Place and Dynasty star Heather Locklear, as concerned fans have followed her tumultuous ups and downs.
Just two weeks ago, the star was put in a psychiatric hold that placed her under the care of doctors at a Los Angeles hospital.
In Touch reported that first responders arrived at Locklear's home during a psychiatric emergency where Locklear locked herself in her bedroom.
Following the incident, actress was placed on a 5150 hold, a legal code in California which allows a doctor to confine a patient in a mental hospital for up to two weeks.
Now, Radar Online reports that Locklear, 57, had been put back into rehab. It's unclear how long Locklear will remain in treatment at the facility, but this is her third stay this year.
There's no telling how long Locklear has been struggling, but the public got its first glimpse of her private crisis when she allegedly attacked a police officer and EMT in June, and was hospitalized for a possible overdose later that same month.
After the incident, Locklear was put into a three-month treatment program that finished in October.
But her concerning behavior never stopped, and Locklear is still waiting for her day in court on a number of misdemeanor charges, including a separate battery against a police officer in February, as well as a domestic violence charges against her boyfriend, Chris Heisser.
So far, Locklear and her family have stayed hush hush about her condition, with her father Bill only telling In Touch, "No, she's not ok."
Locklear herself seemed to hint at a struggle with addiction in a tribute to her friend, which was posted to Instagram in September.
"Addiction is ferocious and will try to take you down," the actress wrote. "Recovery is the best revenge. Be kind to everyone you meet, your light just might change their path."
