To those affected by the deadly California wildfires, firefighters, emergency workers and volunteers are the heroes that are currently doing all they can to contain the blaze and save lives.
As the fires continue to spread, these first responders need aid to keep doing their amazing jobs. So far, people from all over have sent donations to these brave men and women, but some people are showing their support in other ways.
Celebrity chef Guy Fieri has found a way to give back in the best way he knows how - cooking.
Over the weekend, the Food Network star took time out of his busy schedule to bring the taste of Flavortown to Butte County, California, where the Camp Fire emergency workers, including law enforcement officials, firefighters and volunteers, are staged.
"Guy Fieri made a surprise visit to serve dinner to everyone at the law enforcement staging area at Butte College," the Butte County Sheriff's office tweeted alongside several photos of Fieri and the workers on Sunday night. "Thank you so much Guy for filling our bellies and lifting our spirits."
Auburn Police Department revealed that Fieri was able to lift spirits by serving homemade pulled pork and a variety of delicious sides.
"Guy Fieri is in this photo with Officer Joe Almeida up in Butte County #CampFire Guy is cooking pulled pork dinner for everyone this evening."
Auburn PD also tweeted that the chef "thanked everyone that is helping out for their hard work" in fighting the flames, which have claimed more than 40 lives and destroyed thousands of structures.
"Thank you Guy for your time, support and great food!" they added.
Fieri, often referred to as the Mayor of Flavortown, has a reputation for supporting workers as well as residents who have been affected by natural disasters.
Over the last year, he served warm meals to the evacuees of the wildfires in Santa Rosa and Redding in California.
Fieri is one of many celebrities who have stepped up to help with the wildfire relief efforts.
This week, Lady Gaga, who had to flee her Malibu home, was photographed volunteering at a Red Cross shelter at Pacific Palisades High School.
According to TMZ, she had some words of encouragement for the crowd.
"I extend my love ... I know we do not know each other, but I love you," she said. "This is an emergency, but you are not alone."
She also encouraged everyone to talk to the mental health counselors on site to "share your stories and talk to each other during this time." The celebrity news site added that Gaga handed out gifts, took photos with the evacuees, and even sang to a 98-year-old woman.
