With the Easter holiday also comes an Easter feast, and what better way to set your table then with cute and colorful personalized treat place settings!
These simple to make place settings are a great craft to get your kids involved with, and can be personalized as much as you'd like. Make them the day before, let them dry overnight, then place them out and fill them with whatever candy your heart desires!
Materials Needed
- terra cotta pots
- plastic spoons
- paint
- floral foam
- ribbon
- paper
- pens
- candy
Directions
Paint the bottom part and inside of your terra cotta pot white. Once dry apply your second coat.
Once dry, take a colored paint of your choice and paint the rim of the terra cotta pot as well as polka dots on the bottom part. Set aside to dry.
Paint a plastic spoon the same matching color to your pot. Apply a second coat and allow to dry.
Add a face to the back of the spoon and allow to dry.
Use a piece of floral foam at the bottom of your pot to keep your spoon upright. You can also add a ribbon and name tag to your place if you wish.
Add your candy and your are done!
