You can make so many amazing recipes with a spaghetti squash and this Baked Four Cheese Garlic Spaghetti Squash dish is absolutely one of them.
There is no such thing as too much cheese, and this really finds the way to mix them all together in a way that is just melty-perfection. Seriously, you need to try this recipe right away!
Ingredients:
- 1 large spaghetti squash
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup of four-cheese Italian blen (mozzarella, white cheddar, provolone, asiago)
- Fresh thyme
- Fresh ground pepper
- Freshly chopped parsley to garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Start by piercing holes into your spaghetti squash with a fork and microwave it for 2-3 minutes.
While it cooks, mix together your heavy cream, water, garlic, thyme, chives, and chicken bouillon cube in a bowl.
Now that your spaghetti squash is heated up, cut it in half and scoop out the seeds.
Add pepper to taste.
Add half of the cheese into the squash.
Then scoop in some a large spoonful of the garlic sauce and top with more cheese.
Cook for 40-50 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
