If you were looking for ways to celebrate Canada's 150th birthday, add a giant rubber duck to the list.
Visit Toronto's Waterfront during the Redpath Waterfront Festival from July 1-3 and see the World's Largest Rubber Duck floating among the ships.
The 61-foot tall rubber duck will be floating in the Toronto waters on the Canada Day weekend, before making it's way to 5 other Ontario ports.
This 13,600 kg inflatable fowl is billed as the World's Largest Rubber Duck and is visiting Canada for it's first time this summer. But how big is it really? Towering nearly 6 stories high and nearly 27 meters in length, it marvels in comparison to Canada's depleted Royal Canadian Navy vessels.
Those who plan to attend the Toronto festival this summer, will be able to see the comparison themselves because the navy will be taking part in the event.
I can't wait for my first trip to Canada to see all of my friends in Toronto and Ontario Redpath Waterfront Festival Toronto #ON150Tour
