Family Watches in Horror as 17-Year Old Dies After Losing a Leg in Shark Attack

Surfer Sean Pollard lost his right hand and left arm in 2014 when he came into contact with deadly animal.</p><p></p><amp-iframe sandbox="allow-scripts allow-same-origin" layout="responsive" frameborder="0" height="9" width="16" src="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/embed/video/1448843.html?referer=shared"></amp-iframe><p></p><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><p>Fisherman and surfer Neville Manstead said he would never enter the water at the beach again.</p><p>"That's twice now in the same spot.
