We've all imagined living the simple life, getting rid of the clutter and surviving with only the bare necessities. You may dream of owning a tiny home, but Miguel Restrepo and Maria Garcia's digs may make you reconsider.
The couple from Medellin, Colombia have lived in a sewer for more than 20 years. The pair became homeless because of their drug addictions, but managed to kick the habit together. Still, they haven't managed to move out of their cozy underground nook.
Take the video tour and decide if you could live here:
All things considered, it's not so bad. They have a little kitchen, a dog (named Blackie) and even a TV.
Sure, these two are down on their luck, but they're making the best of their situation. Miguel even sets up a tree and some nice Christmas decorations during the holidays.
What do you think? Could you live like Maria and Miguel do, or does you nice home with a front yard not seem so bad now?
