<div><p>Michael Mantenuto, who portrayed Olympic champion Jack O'Callaham in the 2004 Disney film 'Miracle' has died. Police found Mantenuto in his car, dead of an apparent self-inflicted gun shot. </p><p>He was just 35 years old. </p><p>Mantenuto's first role was in 'Miracle' which combined his hockey skills and desire to act. It was his most well-known role, and after his acting career fizzled, Mantenuto joined the special forces. </p><p>"It's always been my intention to pursue an acting career. Fortunately, my hockey background helped open the door for me to do that," Mantenuto stated. Guillaume Beaurpere.</p><p>Rest in peace, Michael.
