In case you live under a rock, "Dancing With the Stars" is ABC's hit series in which celebrities perform choreographed dance routines that are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts.
So who are the stars set to storm the ballroom?
Mary Wilson – The Supremes
Mary Wilson who was born in 1944 is an American vocalist, best known as a founding member and longest member of the Supremes.
Karamo Brown – TV host - Queer Eye
Karamo is an American television host, reality television personality, author, and activist. Brown began his career in 2004 on the MTV reality show The Real World: Philadelphia. He currently stars as the culture expert in the Netflix series Queer Eye.
Hannah Brown – The Bachelorette
Hannah Brown caught the eye of Colton Underwood early on during the 23rd season of The Bachelor, showing him and all of America what Alabama Hannah is made of—a fun country girl who is unapologetically herself.
Christie Brinkley – supermodel
Christie is an American model, actress and entrepreneur. She gained worldwide fame with her appearances in the late 1970s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues, ultimately appearing on an unprecedented three consecutive covers. She spent twenty-five years as the face of CoverGirl, has appeared on over 500 magazine covers, and has signed contracts with major brands—both fashion and non-fashion. Brinkley has been married four times, most notably between 1985–1994 to musician Billy Joel, several of whose music videos she appeared in.
Lauren Alaina – country music star
Lauren is an American singer, songwriter, and actress from Rossville, Georgia. She was the runner-up on the tenth season of American Idol. She topped five Billboard charts with her friend and former classmate Kane Brown on their duet "What Ifs". Alaina has over 100,000,000 spins on Spotify.
James Van Der Beek – TV icon
James is an American actor best known for the WB series Dawson's Creek. He played a fictionalized version of himself on the cult ABC sitcom Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23, starred in CSI: Cyber as FBI Special Agent Elijah Mundo, and as Matt Bromley on the FX drama Pose. His film roles include Varsity Blues and The Rules of Attraction.
Ray Lewis – NFL Hall of Famer
Ray is a former American football linebacker who played all of his 17-year professional career for the Baltimore Ravens of the NFL. He previously played college football for the University of Miami, and earned All-America honors.
Kate Flannery – TV star
kATE is an American actress known for playing the role of Meredith Palmer on the NBC series The Office.
Ally Brooke – pop star
Ally is an American singer, rising to prominence as part of the girl group Fifth Harmony.
Lamar Odom – two-time NBA champion
Lamar was an American professional basketball player. As a member of the Los Angeles Lakers he won NBA championships in 2009 and 2010 and was named the NBA Sixth Man of the Year in 2011.
Odom was married to Khloé Kardashian from 2009 to 2016.
Kel Mitchell – comedian/actor
Kel is an American actor, stand-up comedian, musician, singer, and rapper.
Sean Spicer – former White House press secretary
is an American political aide who served as White House Press Secretary and as White House Communications Director under President Donald Trump in 2017.
These celebs and their pro-dancer partners take to the dance floor to battle it out for the coveted Mirror Ball trophy on the new season of the hit show, which debuts on ABC on Sept. 16. In a new twist, however, the official partner pairings will not be announced until the season premiere.
