It's the most wonderful time of the year when we get to wrap ourselves up in a blanket and re-watch all of our favorite holiday movies. Although we all have different tastes, when it comes to Christmas films there are certain classics that we can all agree are simply great.
Every year, CableTV.com analyzes Google Trends and AMC's top 20 Christmas movies to determine which Christmas-themed films are the most popular across the United States.
This year's analysis showed that Home Alone, Elf, and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation are leading the popularity pack. However, classics like Scrooged and Miracle on 34th Street are right behind them.
Unfortunately, not all of our favorites made the cut, but there are still some fantastic picks on the list. Here are the most popular Christmas movies in every state:
