I think by now it's safe to say that Chrissy Teigen is the Clapback Queen of social media.
Being under the watchful eye of the public has made the TV host, cookbook author and mother-of-two a target for mom-shaming, body-shaming and other forms of cyber bullying.
While some of her fellow celebrities like to turn a blind eye when their followers make unsolicited mean comments, Teigen doesn't always let it slide.
Just this week, the former model was once again forced to response to a troll who had the nerve to make some very rude comments about her appearance, specifically her new haircut.
"You look beautiful but you should grow your hair long again," the fan-turned-troll wrote on a photo of Teigen from her appearance on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live.
She continued, "Girls with round faces should not have short hair like that. It makes your face look huge. Been there....believe me....LONG HAIR."
In true Teigen fashion, the star delivered a response full of sarcasm without an ounce of disrespect.
"Honestly wow thank you because when I wake up each morning I wonder what [the commenter] would do and then I try to make her happy so this was a huge mistake on my part," she wrote back.
Even if Teigen decided to bite her tongue this time, her fans would've had her back. Many of them came to her defense by posting some much nicer comments about the Lip Sync Battle co-host.
"Girl your hair is awesome," commented one fan. Another wrote, "I think you're gorgeous! Seriously you're freaking goals!"
One user added, "You would be gorgeous inside and out even if you were bald or sporting a Mohawk. Women we all are much more than what the world sees or thinks we are. â¤ï¸."
"I love, love, love your new do'!!!" chimed in another fan. "Forget all of the negative comments! Haters are gonna hate! Screw them! You just keep doing what you do best, being the beautiful you! â¤â¤â¤â¤â¤ðŸ˜˜ðŸ˜˜ðŸ˜˜"
Shutting down trolls
This recent exchange between Teigen and a troll is just another example of the star's ability to instantly shut down shamers.
Last week, a fan asked "with the utmost respect" if she was pregnant again after seeing a photo of herself and her husband, singer John Legend, at the 2018 Emmy Awards.
I'm asking this with the utmost respectful, but is @chrissyteigen pregnant again? 🤯 https://t.co/lnGUihYAc9

"I just had a baby but thank you for being soooo respectful," she responded before adding, "man, you guys are brutal."
Like many other celebrity moms, Teigen has had to speak up to defend her parenting choices.
Earlier this year, a photo of the 32-year-old going down a slide with her daughter, Luna, caused a stir big enough for her to reply to the critics.
According to the parent police, Teigen was putting Luna in harm's way by having her sit on her lap while sliding. Although the concern is understandable, it is not people's place to tell Teigen (or any other parent) what choices to make, especially considering the pair never actually went down the slide.
"Wish you guys would have told me about the leg thing earlier," Teigen wrote sarcastically. "They broke. Both of them. And everyone else's in the park broke too just from watching it happen. There are so many broken legs here (heads up photos are a one second moment in time, I was lifting her onto my lap)."
So hopefully these Teigen comebacks serve as a warning for those who post awful comments under celebrity photos. It's never acceptable to make rude remarks about the way someone looks, but we're glad Teigen has found her own way of dealing with this type of negativity.
