Wow your guests this weekend with this one pan bacon burger ring! Such an easy twist on a party time classic! With little to no mess, this cute appetizer is sure to be a breeze for any level of kitchen skill.

I made it a few weeks ago when I had company over and it looked as good as it tasted. It was the perfect portion size and great for sharing. You can dress these little burgers up any which way you like. Add cheese, mushrooms, extra bacon, whatever you your heart or stomach desires!

Apps like this are great, easy to make and basically one step instead of assembling a million little bite sized portions, this took all of 5 minute to put together. I would actually even make these for dinner. My kids love burgers and the using the mini slider buns make the perfect portion for them.

With party and BBQ season coming up they are a definite recommendation from me. I guarantee the whole family and all of your guests will love them.

To make, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet with a wire rack on top.In a bowl, add the ground beef, dijon mustard, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, mixing well to combine.

Transfer mixture to the prepared wire rack on the cookie sheet, creating a ring. You can also use a bunt pan to create that perfect shape.

Flip over onto the baking sheet. Gently press down until it's about 2 inches thick.

Wrap the bacon around the entire meat ring, tucking underneath.

Bake 20 minutes, then broil 15-20 minutes on high heat until the bacon crisps up.

Meanwhile, to make the cheese sauce, in a medium pot over medium heat, add ½ cup of milk and flour, whisking until thickened. Add in the rest of the milk and the salt, stirring about 5 minutes, or until bubbling and thickened, then remove from heat.

Quickly stir in the cheeses, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dijon mustard, then set aside.

Split the slider buns, placing the bottom buns in a circle.

Then carefully transfer the meat ring on top.
