After almost two decades of marriage, actor Ben Stiller and actress Christine Taylor announced that they have chosen to go their separate ways.
The couple confirmed the sad news in a joint statement to Entertainment Tonight back in May.
"With tremendous love and respect for each other, and the 18 years we spent together as a couple, we have made the decision to separate," Stiller and Taylor said.
The Hollywood stars emphasized that despite the breakup their two children, 15-year-old Ella Olivia and 12-year-old Quinlin Dempsey will remain priority and "continue to be raising our children as devoted parents and the closest of friends."
Looks like both Stiller and Taylor are staying true to this promise, and earlier this week Stiller even took Ella as his date for the New York Film Festival premiere of his upcoming movie The Meyerowitz (New and Selected).
Last few times we saw Ella she was a little girl, so we were taken aback to see how much she has grown since. She's almost as tall as her parents now and she is looking gorgeous!
Stiller is who is known for often bringing his entire family to Hollywood events switched it up a bit and invited his daughter to be his date for the film premiere.
The 15-year-old, who is also one of her father's biggest fans, walked the red carpet in a emerald green mini dress paired with simple but beautiful gold accessories, while her dad opted for a classic two-piece suit.
Having grown up in a family of actors, Ella is no stranger to red carpet affairs, but this one of those rare occasions where she has been spotted at an event with just her dad.
The teen and her father have a very close relationship off the red carpet. She starred alongside him in the movie Night at The Museum: Secret of The Tomb and voiced a character in Megamind, which also featured Stiller.
She seems to have a real knack for acting, and could be soon enjoying her own solo red carpet moments.
