<div><p>Recent <a href="http://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/heres-what-music-specially-composed-your-cat-sounds-180954503/">studies</a> have found that cats really respond to certain types of music - especially music that mimics familiar sounds. </p><p>One study in the journal of <a href="http://www.appliedanimalbehaviour.com/article/S0168-1591(15)00060-X/fulltext">Applied Animal Behaviour Science </a>found that cats prefer 'species-specific' music, or music that makes sounds similar to those a cat would make.</p><p>This man shares a tender, musical moment with his adorable cat.
