So when I stumbled on a hummus recipe with avocados I knew I had to try it!</p><p>Whether you're vegetarian or not this is truly a delicious snack that packs a protein and vitamin enriched punch! Avocado gives an added creaminess, garlic and cumin provides a robust flavor and the freshness from the lime balances out this must make everyday snack!</p><h2>Ingredients:</h2><ul><li>1 (15 oz) can chickpeas</li><li>2 medium avocados</li><li>3 Tbsp olive oil</li></ul><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><ul><li>3 Tbsp lime juice</li><li>1 clove garlic</li><li>1/8 tsp ground cumin</li></ul><h2>Directions:</h2><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><ol><li>Drain and rinse chickpeas, add to food processor with olive oil, lime juice, and garlic. Pulse until smooth, about 2 minutes.</li><li>Add cumin, avocados, and salt and pepper and pulse again until smooth scraping down sides if needed, about another 1-2 minutes.</li><li>Serve immediately topped with extra olive oil or cilantro, if desired, and choice of dipping chip.</li></ol><div><div><div><amp-youtube height="9" width="16" layout="responsive" data-videoid="RvzxdEvkCk0"></amp-youtube></div></div></div></div>
