The 90s action-thriller, True Lies, had an all-star cast. It included Hollywood icon Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tom Arnold, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Eliza Dushku.
Dushku was only 12-years-old when she played Schwarzenegger and Curtis's daughter in the movie, which was filmed partially in Miami. Dushku has had a pretty successful career since the movie, but it appears she has had to do most of it while harboring a heavy secret.
She announced this week that she had been sexually molested by long-time Hollywood stunt coordinator and Schwazenegger stunt double Joel Kramer. The assault allegedly occurred in Kramer's Miami hotel room while they were filming the movie.
Dushku's costars from the movie have all come out to support her, saying they wish they would have known when it happened.
Both Schwarzenegger and Tom Arnold have come out and said they wish they would have known what was happening to her, because they would have "done something" to protect her.
They don't specify what "something" would have been, but it's reasonable to think that "something" might possibly could have been violent. Dushku was in fact playing Schwazenegger's daughter, and those fatherly instincts might have come out. Both actors posted messages from their Twitter accounts.
Tom, you bet your ass all of us would have done something. I'm shocked and saddened for Eliza but I am also proud of her - beyond being a great talent and an amazing woman, she is so courageous. https://t.co/EJJbkdior2

Dushku is just the next in line to come out with an experience of sexual assault or harassment from their time working in Hollywood.
The allegations have not been proven in court.
