The Academy Award-winning actress has been the object of male desire since the 90s.
It wasn't until the turn of the century that Angelina Jolie became a household name, where girls wanted to be her, and men wanted to be with her.
When she and Hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt became a thing in the early 2000s, they became one of the most well-known and admired celebrity couples of the decade, receiving world-wide media coverage.
Their marriage in 2014 made us scream "Finally," and their six children have been the subject of a lot of celebrity news stories.
After more than a decade of what seemed like a strong marriage, the couple split, leaving the world wondering what went wrong.
As people became more interested in learning about her divorce, news of Jolie's past love life went viral - and this is where things got really weird...
Keep in mind, Jolie didn't have a smooth-sailing childhood. She was constantly ridiculed for looking too nerdy, because she was thin, wore glasses and had braces.
Jolie dropped out of high school and starting wearing only black clothing, struggled with an eating disorder, and self-harmed as she gained a fascination for knives.
This was also the time she experimented with love and drugs.
How she experimented with love is a story that even Hollywood wouldn't be willing to put on the big screen...
Before her high school love stories, Jolie was part of a gang called the "Kissy Girls" in kindergarten.
"I was very sexual," she told OK! Magazine. "I created a game where I would kiss the boys and give them cooties. Then we would make out and we would take our clothes off."
When Jolie turned 14, she had sex for the first time with her serious boyfriend, after receiving her mother's consent.
"The emotions didn't feel enough," she told Cosmopolitan. "In a moment of wanting to feel closer to my boyfriend I grabbed a knife and cut him. He cut me back ... We were covered in blood, my heart was racing. Then whenever I felt trapped, I'd cut myself. I have a lot of scars. It was an age when I felt adventurous and after a few beers things happened."
Once she made a name out of herself in the celebrity world, Jolie revealed that she's bisexual.
Before she married her first husband, Johnny Lee Miller, Jolie fell in love with model-actress Jenny Shimizu in 1996.
Their relationship didn't pan out and Miller helped Jolie get out of her "dark days," until they split up.
When she married Billy Bob Thornton in 2000, only a year after she split from Miller, she wore a vial of Thornton's blood around her neck.
He revealed to students at Loyola Marymount University's School of Film & Television that one day he came home and she suggested they do this.
"She thought it would be interesting and romantic if we took a little razorblade and sliced our fingers, smeared a little blood on these lockets and you wear it around your neck just like you wear your son or daughter's baby hair in one," he laughed, and jokingly added, "And we were vampires and we lived in a dungeon."
The 42-year-old actress seems to have put her bizarre obsessions behind her ever since she met Pitt, but I don't think we can ever forget all the events leading up to her highly publicized third relationship.
